My artwork belongs to me

As a product of my time and imagination, I own each and every picture that I create.
They are not free-to-use for any purpose other than to look at here in my gallery.

What all that © in my artist comments means

As stated above, everything I draw is mine. I have the right to decide what happens with or to it.
I do not want my pictures to be;

•Reposted on this site, or any other (this includes for use as RP refs)

•Traced and or claimed as your own

•Edited in any way
-- This means I do not want my art recoloured, cropped, copied, pasted, collaged or drawn all over. Also using my art for graphics such as avatars or signatures etc

•Or copied.
-- This means redrawing the picture in any way including direct copies of a picture, re-drawing poses as seen in a picture - reguardless of any changed or added elements, and tracing.
If it looks a hell of a lot like my picture I consider it copied.


Basically any picture that wouldn't have been created if mine hadn't been there first. (not including inspiration, of course. So long as the 'inspired' picture isn't anything listed above)

Exceptions: If you want to copy a certain pose or picture please ask me first and if I say yes, state that you have permission (to avoid being reported) and give credit for where you got the idea somewhere where you post your picture.
IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU ASK FIRST.
Please understand that some pictures may have a degree of personal value, and that I don't want them to be recreated.

My characters belong to me

A lot of time, thought and loves goes into creating each and every one of my characters, and they are all very dear to me.
Please do not heavily base your characters on my own, or use my characters in roleplays.

I have no problem with people creating new characters from races I've created, such as the Britanian Faun and Satyr, MeiuMeius or Odessians, so long as you don't claim or imply that you created anything but the characters, and state somewhere that the Race is my own.
Also show me because I want to see them ;3
