Can you teach me how to draw?

I'm afraid I can't. Besides, everyone can draw - it's just a matter of different styles, and practice to improve.
I do have a few tutorials in my gallery though.

What art programs do you use?

I use Adobe Photoshop CS, and Imageready for my animations. And for my very rare games and such, I use Flash 5 x3

Can I draw *character*?

Yessss 8D I LOVE to see peoples drawings of something I have created, it makes me feel so loved and gives my low confidence a HUGE boost! All I ask is that you credit me, don't use any of my art for it (unless you're just referencing how the character looks) and you tell me when it's done! cos I wanna seeeee

I always visit someones gallery if they ask me, or if I just want to (avatars pull me in) though I will only favorite things or watch people that I want to.

May I use the design of *insert character here* as a base/for my own character?

No. I'm sure you'll apprieciate the work that goes into creating each indiviual character, it isn't easy... A lot of time and imagination goes into it, with alot of re-makes and such until I get it perfect, and even then I still preen them now and again.
Your own characters will never truly be your own, or be anything to be proud of if they're not 100% made-by-you. I'd rather you broaden your own imaginations than leech off of mine.
This goes for all characters.

If it's not in my gallery, or any of the subfolders, it'll be in storage.
I put all old pictures I don't want in my gallery in to storage, you see.

Sure. If there's something you like I draw and you want to know how I do it, just let me know, and I might make a tutorial ^^

I'm not a great teacher, though >3>;; I'm learning myself.

Are you on any other sites?

Not really. I have a gaia account, But I don't go on there much at all.
I'm only really on deviantART and I lurk on MSN now and then.
I also have a Live Journal that I use to record OC developments and other random things I want to keep track of or vent about.

Eve was a full package, so she came with her wig and outfit.
